Since modern times,the development of Western medicine has had an impact on traditional Chinese medicine.Some western medicine scholars have questioned the validity of TCM diagnosis and treatment,because it can not prove its effectiveness with the theory of evidence-based medicine,and lacks a quantifiable and standardized diagnostic standard.Due to the lack of quantitative pulse recognition standards in the existing literature,it is difficult to obtain standardized data for pulse diagnosis based on traditional Chinese medicine methods.At the same time,due to the limitation of the technical level,it is difficult to collect pulse data.These problems make it difficult for traditional Chinese medicine to obtain necessary data support in proving its scientificity.In recent decades,with the development of sensor technology and the emergence of new waveform processing and analysis algorithms,pulse diagnosis based on traditional Chinese medicine has made progress in the field of computer-aided analysis.Traditional Chinese medicine uses a diagnostic method called "three regions and nine divisions" when diagnosing the patient's condition.This design uses a high precision flexible film pressure sensor which can collect pulse data by imitating the traditional method,to replace the doctor's finger to collect pulse data.After signal amplification and signal conditioning,a relatively pure pulse signal can be obtained.After research,the three stages in the process of pumping blood lead to the obvious three peak characteristics of pulse wave in time domain.The characteristic parameters of the three main peaks can be extracted by the Gaussian fitting algorithm.The numerical analysis of characteristic parameters and the recognition of the characteristic waveform can make doctors identify the type of patients' pulse.Software,designed in the PC can output the collected pulse data graphically and save the data in text format.After completing the data acquisition,the system can also upload the packed pulse data to the Alibaba Cloud Computing through a Wi Fi module.The communication between the Alibaba Cloud Computing and the lower computer is realized by the MQTT protocol.The Iot Studio service in Alibaba Cloud Computing can be used to make web pages.Using this system,the pulse signal can be collected effectively.At the same time,the characteristic waveform and characteristic parameters of pulse wave can be extracted by Gaussian fitting algorithm.When doctors diagnose patients,they can judge the specific types of patients' pulse by analyzing the characteristic waveform and characteristic parameters of patients' pulse wave,and then can infer the patient's condition.
