Research On The Design Of Child Safety Guard App Based On User Experience

This paper started from the perspective of user experience,researched the current users' experience feedback of Safety Guard 2App,combined with the theory of user experience elements,deeply dug out the needs of users for child safety protection and children's safety awareness establishment,and located the demand function,based on the user experience strategy layer and scope layers,structure layers,framework layers,and presentation layers to rebuild the product,making effort to create a child safety guard App product with a good user experience.The research content of this article is mainly divided into five parts.First of all,the research expounded the status quo of user experience research at home and abroad and its application status in App product design.In view of the attention to the dynamic changes of the business environment and research objects in current user experience research as the same as that of the combination of qualitative and quantitative user experience evaluation models was not enough,it was proposed to use content analysis,user interview and comparative analysis to conduct current product user experience combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to improve the effectiveness of dynamic research on user experience.Secondly,this paper gave an overview of the theory of user experience elements,combined with product development status quo to explain,discussed in detail the connotation and extension of user experience elements such as strategic layer,scope layer,structure layer,framework layer,performance layer,etc.,and clarified the differences and connections between each layer,provided a theoretical framework for product design and development.Then,the user experience was researched through competitive product analysis,content analysis of user feedback,and user in-depth interviews.Firstly,through the analysis of competing products,it was found that the current products of the same type on the market had insufficient brand building,and the object product lacked the two function points of movement track and safety zone in the product function,furthermore,there were opportunities in children's safety education and children's commodity.Secondly,using the Python crawler tool to capture user feedback,and using "ROST Content Mining" and Goo Seeker content text analysis software to analyze the samples.It was found that the user's negative comments were as high as 9.84%.The mainly source of negative emotions was that there were too many advertisements in the product,which had been affecting the usage of the product.It was also found that the words with a higher frequency of occurrence included negative words such as advertisements,flashbacks,and spam,and the words with a higher frequency of co-occurrence were found to be "watch-location" and "advertising"-Garbage,etc.These further located users' pain points and needs such as excessive advertising and unobvious positioning information,and located users' core needs such as smart device management and child safety guarding.Thirdly,in-depth user interviews was used to dig deeper into the user's functional requirements for child safety protection and establishment of safety awareness,and further clarified the design direction.Then,combined with the results of user experience research and analysis,and based on user experience elements as the theoretical framework,design strategies for product design and development were proposed from five levels:strategy level,scope level,structure level,architecture level and performance level.Starting from the realization of product commercial goals and user needs,adjust product strategy,determined the scope of product functional requirements and content requirements,built product information architecture,clarified product interaction design principles,and proposed specific implementation strategies for product framework-level design and presentation-level design planning.Finally,combining user experience research results and design strategies,ordering product functions,content,information architecture and product processes,using Axure software to build product interaction prototypes and product interface visual design,achieving a comprehensive iterative upgrade of the product.a complete user experience security guard App product was created.
