Along with the rapid development of red tourism,such as memorial halls,museums,galleries,former revolution residence as the main body of the red-site become the important carrier of red tourism,red theme education study,as the red tourism,red theme education and Communist Party history study education for the benefit of learning-the narrator,is a communication bridge and the link of red-site and tourist,is red-site card,plays a vital role,but the occupational environment at the grassroots level of the narrators of Red-siteis not good,interpretation of the team is not enough,and serious instability,the level of explanation is uneven,for the deep reason is closely related to the unsound incentive mechanism.Based on Jiangxi Province,this paper takes the narrators of Red-site from Jiangxi province as the research object.Jiangxi is a piece of land full of red memory,she is the birthplace of red tourism and red tourism development "leader".There are a lot of red culture resources,the Jinggangshan Mt.and Ruijin as two grand national revolutionary site groups,nearly more than three thousand kinds of red revolutionary sites,and many famous Red-sites and a large number of the narrators of Red-site.In this paper,through the study of the system integration of the existing incentive theory,base on interviewing survey the narrators from the 8 Red-sites of Jiangxi,the analysis the incentive status and existing problems of the Red-site narrators,and put forward the optimization measures and countermeasures of the incentive mechanism for the Red-site narrators.This incentive mechanism plays a great significance and role for the optimization of the Red-site narrator team.This paper firstly defines the concepts of the narrators of Red-site,and incentive mechanism of the narrators of Red-site,and then systematically explains the incentive theory to establish the theoretical basis of the research,lastly analysis the present situation and problems of the incentive of the narrators in Red-site from Jiangxi province.According to the professional status and motivated of the narrators in Red-site design interview outline,through interviews and analysis of the present situation and existing problems from the narrators in Red-site in Jiangxi,it includes the overall compensation package is low,a large gap among different sites,no difference in permanent staffs,but big gap between permanent staffs and employed staffs.There are two problems in promotion incentive: the promotion incentive is not perfect for permanent staffs and the promotion incentive is missing for employed staffs.There are three problems in training incentive: too formal training,lack of systematic training and lack of training assessment.Emotional motivation has problems such as unsmooth communication,unsound corporate culture,poor sense of belonging and unharmonious social relations.There are two problems in honor incentive: simple incentive method and insufficient incentive of voluntary explanation.According to the present problems of the incentive of the narrators,and combined with related incentive theory this paper is trying to optimize the incentive mechanism for the narrators of Red-site in Jiangxi based on five levels: establish a scientific and reasonable salary system,the establish a perfect promotion mechanism for the narrators of Red-site,improve the narrators of Red-site training system,build a good Red-site culture,improve the honor incentive mechanism.The last part is the conclusion of this paper.
