In January 2020,Tiktok has 400 million daily active users,ranking first in the industry.The media and government agencies at all levels were successively settled and released their respective information content.News Evening Peak is a livelihood news section under the Public Agriculture Channel of Jiangxi Radio and TV Station.Its entry on the tiktok platform is a new exploration attempt for the transformation of local media,using short video as an innovative presentation method for local TV stations and increasing their own influence Important means.This article selects the "Jiangxi News Evening Peak" tiktok account as the research object,and uses the classical theory "5W mode" as the theoretical framework to study its content production and dissemination status through case analysis and content analysis.There are five chapters in the thesis,the first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the communication main body.The general introduction of the research objects,and the analysis of the reasons for their trill are influenced by the media environment and the need of internal development.the third chapter is the communication content level,from the content theme,report object,narrative style,report area,picture presentation,text presentation,and the use of multimedia methods to its short video content.Analyzing the presentation form,it is found that the content of the media account is diverse,mostly positive,and narrative strategies are civilian and life-oriented,but its creative form still adheres to traditional concepts,and there are phenomena such as imbalance of news reports in different regions and single reporting perspectives;The fourth chapter is the audience and effect level,analyzing the user portrait of the media account,and analyzing the communication effect of the short video feedback indicators and the interaction between the recipient and the recipient;the fifth chapter is based on the previous research and proposes its existing Inadequate,its media account is still bound by the experience of traditional TV long video production in the practice of short video news.The creative level is low,the homogeneity phenomenon is serious,and the account positioning is relatively vague,which is inconsistent with the positioning of its agricultural channel.At the same time,the lack of interaction between the two parties and the recipient shows that they do not pay enough attention to the users,which makes the user stickiness low.To cope with these deficiencies,the media needs to accurately position itself,change creative thinking and audience perceptions,cultivate local users,and optimize video production strategies in order to effectively exert its technological advantages and improve the media's communication power and influence.
