With the rapid development of industrial Internet of Things(IOT)and 5G communication technology,manufacturing enterprises have put forward higher requirements on the maintenance mode and efficiency of production lines.In order to achieve the integration and interconnection of the physical space of manufacturing and the information data space,and promote the production of enterprises to be more intelligent.Traditional manufacturing enterprises use on-site inspection and maintenance of production equipment by workers.This maintenance method cannot solve the problem of information islands,improve production efficiency,ensure product quality,and ensure the safety of workers.This paper starts with the research of maintenance technology and remote maintenance system,and studies a remote maintenance system of a robot intelligent flexible production line with perfect functions and reliable performance.The system realizes the functions of online monitoring,rapid diagnosis,fault prediction,intelligent maintenance and other functions of device of the flexible production line.The research work of this paper includes:(1)According to the production characteristics of the robot production line,this paper analyzes the fault types of the industrial robots in the production line,establishes the production line fault tree,and verify the fault tree diagnosis method.According to the functional requirements of the remote maintenance system,this paper combines with the characteristics of 5G and edge computing,the overall system architecture,designs communication network hardware architecture and software function system.(2)In order to enhance the remote maintenance function,this paper designs a production line-oriented remote inspection robot,defines the functional requirements of the remote inspection robot,studies the overall system structure,determines the system parameters,and designs the sensor system,control system,drive system and power system.(3)According to the actual production characteristics of the intelligent flexible operation workshop,adding the time constraints of workpiece transportation and processing,considering the random maintenance of the machine and sudden failures,on the basis of improved genetic algorithm,an improved hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed.Reschedule production tasks in time to minimize the impact of downtime and maintenance plan changes on production efficiency,and better achieve remote maintenance functions.
