With the improvement of the material level and the popularity of the Internet,video websites have become an indispensable recreational tool in people's daily life.At present,most video websites in China are in a state of high losses,but Bilibili is still gaining a lot of favor despite the loss year after year,the market and capital are undoubtedly taking a fancy to Bilibili's profit potential and Future earnings.The younger generation is the main force of China's future cultural and entertainment consumption,and Bilibili's young user group is the key to its future profitability.Bilibili has a large number of excellent content creators,high-quality content and a good community atmosphere,which attracts the younger generation of China,and makes Bilibili a user group with high stickiness and high loyalty.Users,content,creators,online communities,ecology and other factors have jointly established Bilibili's unique advantages,making Bilibili a company that is both loved by users and favored by the market.This article will analyze in detail the main business,profit model,advantages and current problems of Bilibili.This article believes that Bilibili's profit model is a “pay for content” model,providing high-quality content to attract users,establishing an active community to retain users,and stimulating content consumption to generate income.Based on the current development status of Bilibili and the management's plan for the future,this article concludes with two assumptions about the development direction of Bilibili.
