The Sustainable Study Of Star Public Library And Fans' Public Welfare

The starting point of this paper is to consider the problem of "how to sustain the development of celebrity public libraries in the face of the short-term behavior of celebrities and fans and the predicament of lack of human,financial and material resources of public libraries" under the current wave of fan culture.This insight is based on the popular celebrity public library phenomenon.Many mainstream media and the public regard it as a model of how fans are following stars and supporting fans.The author tries to explore the way out through the investigation of celebrity public libraries' participation and the analysis of the motivation of fans' public welfare behaviors.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is a literature review,which mainly defines the concept and development status of fans,fans' charity and star public library.At the same time,it generalizes three characteristics of fan organization: scale,structure and function.The public welfare of fans is a way for fans to support them.However,as the development cycle of stars is increasingly shortened,the fan group is highly mobile and arbitrary,and the fan organization has problems such as lack of management experience and professional talents,so the sustainability of fan behavior is difficult to maintain.Star Public Library has become one of the most widely recognized forms of fan support under the background of national support for national reading.However,since the main body of its operation is fans,the sustainability of fans' behavior is the basis for the long-term and stable development of Star Public Library.In the second and third chapters,the author summarizes the social value effect and the limiting factors of the sustainable development of celebrity public libraries by using literature research method and case analysis method.The former includes four parts:the emphasis of cultural value,the reconstruction of symbolic meaning,the shape of fans' power,and the diffusion of readers' range.The latter includes capital problem,talent problem,management problem and resource problem.Through the collation of these two parts,it is expected to provide ideas for the solution of the research problems in this paper.The fourth chapter is the sustainable research on fans' public welfare behavior.The author believes that fans' public welfare behavior is driven by both external and internal motivations.External motivation includes group norms,public welfare sponsors and group environment;Internal motivation includes information motivation,social communication motivation and self-identity construction.The fifth chapter is aimed at the problems raised in this paper,according to the research subject of this paper,the sustainable development of star public library gives suggestions.On the one hand,from the perspective of Star Public Library,the author believes that it is necessary to pay attention to cultural construction,build core value mission,build cognitive totem,give full play to the metaphorical role of symbols,activate various resources,strive to maximize the cooperation efficiency,enrich the collection information,and meet the needs of various types Readers demand these four things;On the other hand,from the perspective of fans' behavior,the author believes that it is necessary to make use of group characteristics,maintain the internal stability of fans,sort out management ideas,improve the professionalism of fans' mechanism,build social network,enhance the authenticity of fans' relationship,optimize content production and ensure the sustainability of fans' ability.Finally,the findings and deficiencies of this study.The author went to the front line of celebrity public library to collect evidence,and took root in the public interest groups that are fans to get an in-depth understanding of the psychology of the fan groups.In order to make a contribution to the sustainable development of the right fans' public welfare behavior and the long-term construction of the celebrity public library.The main shortcomings are that the problem is not comprehensive enough,the research data is not perfect enough and the applicability of the conclusion needs to be further explored.
