Design And Implementation Of An Execution Management System

In the context of economic globalization and intensely competitive market,forward-looking strategies and strong execution have become the key to improving the competitiveness of stateowned enterprises.However,at present,state-owned enterprises still have shortcomings in terms of execution and leadership.They lack model guidance and information technology support in executive management.This thesis ccomplished an implementation management system for the current state of implementation of state-owned enterprises.Taking into account Larry Bossidy's typical execution model and corporate reality,this thesis designed an execution model for task execution,determined the model's constituent elements,refined the influencing factors of each element,and proposed task execution capabilities based on the influencing factors Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the data characteristics of the execution management system and the characteristics of the enterprise,Apriori improved algorithm in data mining as well as the association rule analysis were performed on the results of task execution evaluation and related attributes of the execution management system.The execution management system design was carried out according to the actual needs of the enterprise,which included three modules: task execution process management,system data management,and statistical analysis management.First,task execution process management was used to manage the creation,transfer and decomposition of related tasks during task execution.What was more,system data management was used to manage basic data such as execution influence factors,factor relationships and system user information.In the end,statistical analysis management was used for system task execution and the results of the association rules generated by the situation statistics.The execution management system had been successfully implemented by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Apriori,Java EE,UML,workflow and other related theories and technologies.The system test was completed,and it provided a way for task execution supervision,a basis for human resources departments to allocate resources to enterprises,and assistance for company leadership strategic decision making.At present,the system has been applied to an actual engineering project of an enterprise,which has played an effective role in improving the execution performance of state-owned enterprises.
