The rapid development of enterprises and popularization of information technology accelerate the process of enterprise information construction. The execution problems which restrict enterprise's development have also begun to put on the agenda. The improvement of execution management is indispensable for the reason that small and medium-sized enterprises devote to succeeding themselves in the fierce market competition. This article puts forward an execution management system concerned on Web Service on the basis of studying the execution status of enterprise. The system adopts B/S structure for its development model, so users can complete the execution management regardless of time and place through an online computer.Aiming at the actual demand of execution management system, this paper researches and implements execution management system based on Web Service by using Eclipse as developing tool, using Java as developing language, and using SQL Server2005 as system database.Firstly, the thesis discusses Web Service which is system's key technology by studying the concept, system structure and technical support and comparing the advantage of Web Service. Secondly, the paper proposes the designing principle and function characteristics of the system. It uses B/S structure as its development mode by comparing the development mode used by MIS system. It analysis and illustrates the function structure of system on basis of analyzing the requirement and business process of system. We model for system, devise the overall structure and system Database, introduce every layer. Thirdly, the paper introduces the development tools and running environment, and achieves each layer of system design. Then the thesis uses data mining to process lots of data which generated by system. We study K-means algorithm,analyze the existing problems, compare the results by generating into data of system and summarize the application in the system using the improved K-means algorithm. Finally, this paper concludes all the jobs have been done. In addition, it brings up suggestions and outlook for further improvement.The goal of the system is to realize standardization, streamline, and automation of enterprise execution management, greatly save the human resources and material resources, improve work efficiency, and enhance their competence. It is doubtless that the system will be in a leading position for the development of enterprises execution management.
