In recent years,with the continuous penetration of high-tech technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and the Internet of Things into the manufacturing industry,at the same time,under the guidance of the German "Industry 4.0",the US advanced manufacturing plan and the Chinese "Made in China 2025",more and more enterprises have realized the role of information construction in the survival and development of manufacturing enterprises.As the information management system of enterprise production workshop,MES plays an important role in the information construction of manufacturing enterprises.However,due to their small size and low cost,most small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),which account for the majority of manufacturing companies,do not have sufficient capacity to implement MES to complete the information construction of workshop.And most SMEs exist as a link in the product production supply chain,they need to cooperate with upstream and downstream enterprises to complete product production.In response to the needs of SMEs,this paper builds a cloud MES system for manufacturing collaboration of SMEs,helping SMEs to realize information management of workshops and collaborative manufacturing among enterprises.The work done mainly includes:1.This paper analyzes the manufacturing business requirements of the collaborative manufacturing mode of small and medium-sized enterprise clusters and the manufacturing business requirements of the outsourcing mode.Based on this,the collaborative business carrier work group and micro application requirements in the collaborative business are analyzed.2.Introduced microservice technology into the system and designed the system architecture.The system architecture was designed as seven modules of application interaction layer,gateway layer,collaboration platform layer,micro application layer,MES microservice layer,infrastructure layer and microservice management platform.Based on the above design module,the business of the MES microservice layer is realized.The business is divided into three core functional modules: plan management,production management and basic management module.Then the collaborative platform in the cloud MES is designed,and the enterprise manufacturing business collaboration mechanism is designed using micro applications as the medium.The business modules of the collaborative platform are designed,including enterprise modules,micro application modules,and work group modules.3.Finally,the functional integrity of the system's functional modules was tested in detail to verify that the system functions can meet the requirements.
