Study On Simulation And Optimization Of Warehousing System Of T Company Distribution Center Based On RaLC

With the increasing role of warehousing system in the overall operation of distribution center,distribution center needs more high-quality warehousing operation system.Reasonable,efficient and safe handling and handling system can speed up the efficiency of commodity circulation,reduce labor costs,storage costs,etc.,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Logistics simulation technology has attracted more and more attention of logistics enterprises,which is one of the important ways to realize innovation development,logistics enterprise transformation and upgrading and leapfrog development.Logistics simulation technology can be applied to manufacturing,supply chain service,operation management and other business.This paper aims at the normal temperature warehouse No.2 of distribution center of T company,establishes the simulation model according to the actual operation flow of distribution center by using RaLC simulation software,and collects the parameters needed for the model according to the actual investigation,analyzes the simulation data output by running the simulation model,and systematically analyzes the operators,equipment and facilities in the distribution center,and finds out the factors that affect the operation efficiency of the storage system of distribution center and the problems existing in the existing operating system.By using the relative reasonable optimization method,this paper optimizes the configuration quantity,platform distribution,storage position and priority-based order ordering of the warehouse system of the distribution center,establishes the personnel equipment operation schedule,makes the storage system more standardized,compares and analyzes the operation efficiency of the warehouse system before and after optimization by using simulation software.The optimization research of storage system can effectively improve the efficiency of storage system,which is of practical significance to solve the enterprise's pursuit of efficient operation process.At the same time,logistics simulation software as a practical and efficient tool to solve logistics problems,help to solve practical problems in the operation process has guiding significance,for the development of enterprises and related industries of storage system development to provide reference value.
