"Internet plus " education is the current research hotspot.This article is based on the Hebei Province Smart Education Big Data Engineering Research Center construction project(the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission in 2018).This article takes the establishment of a smart education information platform as a task,and provide multiple users(students,teachers,assistants,relatives and friends,etc.)with practical,highly personalized,and easy-to-use educational information services.This article mainly studies the design and optimization of related functions,interfaces and interactions in the smart education information platform.First of all,using the methods and tools of process management technology,we investigated 9 education vertical field information platforms,and found three types of problems,such as low visibility,incomplete functions,and uneven quality of information content,and then we analyzed the problems and gave suggestions.Secondly,problemoriented,this article uses ECRS principles to extract the business and functional requirements of a smart education information platform,and optimizes the design and development process,function and content of intelligent education information platform.In the design process,the integration of the system and the optimality of the whole are always considered.The thought of system theory runs through the design and development process and adheres to the PDCA cycle rule.Then,based on usability theory,the platform was designed and 13 page flow prototype drawings and 18 interface design drawings were given.Finally,the design plan of the smart education information platform was evaluated,The feasibility of the design scheme was verified,and the improvement direction was proposed.
