| Based on the longitudinal analysis of TCL Communication's single case from 1999 to 2016,this paper establishes a framework model of "R&D network innovation performance" to examine the internal relationship between them.The results show that: in the process of R&D network evolution,the characteristics of R&D network will change dynamically,and different organizational learning order plays an important role;secondly,in the process of different degrees of geographically dispersed evolution,the R&D network of enterprises will choose the corresponding organizational learning order to better achieve the matching between them;thirdly,the organizational learning order and innovation performance.There is a certain relevance between them,and in the process of knowledge acquisition and utilization,innovation performance can be improved.It can also be seen that organizational learning plays an intermediary role in the evolution of R&D network and innovation performance.At the end of this paper,we get the theoretical relationship between R&D network,organizational learning sequence and innovation performance.In the process of continuous decentralization of R&D network,the organizational learning sequence gradually changes from the seeded type in the initial stage to the solo type in the rapid development stage,and the innovation performance has been continuously improved in this process.This paper is of great significance to the latecomers in the realistic background of huge technology gap,in the fierce international competition,how to use the super local search to obtain resources to realize the technology promotion,and how to choose organizational learning to ensure the continuous and effective innovation in the mature stage or in the development bottleneck.This paper mainly explores the relationship between organizational learning,R&D network and innovation performance,and concludes that the research results are of great practical significance. |
