The global computer hardware industry experienced a technological innovation around2012,which brought a large-scale upgrade of hardware performance,followed by the change of system software industry.Due to the improvement of hardware performance,the cloud computing model that was proposed around 2001 has ushered in practical opportunities.China's information industry is also following the pace of the world.In 2012,it started the large-scale deployment of cloud computing in Telecom Group.As of 2017,almost all provinces of Telecom Group have established their own internal cloud platform,and by2019,they have basically fully realized that the IT system runs on the cloud.With the large-scale development of cloud platform,the problems of traditional IT system maintenance mode are exposed.The lack of physical equipment information in the virtual environment makes the maintenance personnel unable to accurately predict the actual situation of the hardware,do not prepare for maintenance in advance,and delay the time of troubleshooting.In the event of network interruption,it is impossible to maintain the physical equipment remotely.Some problems need to be confirmed on site.The repair time is delayed on the way,which greatly affects the service utilization.The effective maintenance of these large-scale hardware has become an urgent problem.Aiming at the current situation of the maintenance of carrier-grade cloud platform,this thesis takes one province cloud platform of China Telecom as the research background,and develops a set of out-of-band management system suitable for the maintenance of carrier-grade cloud platform equipment.Based on the existing cloud platform maintenance mode,this thesis makes a further study,aiming at how to improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the impact of faults on the business,and makes a more in-depth research and Exploration on how to eliminate faults in the hidden dangers.Under the premise of ensuring that the basic operation business of cloud platform will not be affected,the basic operation process will not be changed,and the infrastructure network architecture will not be adjusted,the thesis take bootstrap as the front-end framework,.Net MVC,jquery1.7 as the back-end framework,combined with MySQL for data processing,realizes the out-of-band management system of carrier-grade cloud platform.The system includes five key modules: monitoring management,asset management,alarm management,report statistics and system setting.After the system is put into operation,it will fill in the short board of infrastructure maintenance of cloud platform,and upgrade the overall maintenance level of hardware to the level of automation.First of all,the system will integrate the hardware maintenance into the existing maintenance system of the operator to realize the whole process docking of monitoring,alarm,dispatch,processing,management,etc.Secondly,it can reduce operation and maintenance cost,improve operation efficiency,improve maintenance quality and reduce fault loss.Moreover,for the maintenance personnel distributed throughout the province,they can also be integrated and utilized for more effective human support and scheduling.Finally,after large-scale operation,the system can provide strategic guidance for big data positioning and more accurate data support for key decisions.
