As an important part of practicing the overall national security concept and a necessary condition for maintaining social and economic development,the safety production of enterprises has been paid more and more attention by the state and society.Implementing the main responsibility of safety production is the legal duty and obligation of enterprises,and it is also the premise for enterprises to ensure their own development and stability.With the continuous development of science and technology and the acceleration of social informatization process,the existing methods of implementing the main responsibility of enterprise safety production have certain limitations and lag,which leads to some difficulties and pain points in implementing the main responsibility of enterprise safety production.As the focus of global new technology,blockchain technology has been recognized by many national government agencies and production enterprises,and its application in the field of safety production can provide some new ideas and technology upgrade options for enterprises to implement the main responsibility of safety production.In this paper,extensive data collection and reading are carried out.Firstly,based on the research on the implementation of safety production responsibility and the development status of blockchain technology at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the difficulties of enterprises in implementing the main responsibility of safety production from the perspective of blockchain,and makes an analogy analysis with other fields,which leads to the thinking of applying blockchain technology to help enterprises implement the main responsibility of safety production.By consulting relevant literature,this paper explains the necessity of applying blockchain to implement the main responsibility method of enterprise safety production,and helps enterprises to implement the main responsibility of safety production according to the advantages of blockchain technology such as openness,transparency,decentralization and unchangeable,and at the same time illustrates the feasibility of the method.Secondly,by analyzing the application scenarios and principles of blockchain technology in implementing the main responsibility of enterprise safety production,this paper designs a method model for implementing the main responsibility of enterprise safety production based on blockchain technology,including network model,block data model,organization module architecture and overall architecture design,and its realizable functions,as well as the expected effects of clear division of responsibilities,relieving internal supervision pressure,openly and transparently eliminating fraud,external participation in multi-party collaboration and decentralization to improve efficiency,etc.,so as to provide solutions for solving the painful and difficult problems of responsibility implementation.Finally,based on the implementation and evaluation project of State Grid's security responsibility,this paper makes an empirical study on its application of blockchain technology to implement security responsibility and evaluation.By constructing the information platform of safety responsibility list based on blockchain technology and the application of intelligent safety responsibility implementation evaluation,the company's safety responsibility implementation level and evaluation effect are effectively improved,and the practicability of the method is verified.
