The Internet has brought a huge impact to our lives.Nowadays, online shopping has become the mainstream way of people's daily shopping, and with the maturity of mobile communication technology, mobile e-commerce has continued to develop, and relying on its flexibility and portability mobile shopping gradually replace the traditional PC-side shopping. However, the mobile shopping market is polarizing.Shopping software needs to pay attention to its own usability if it wants to gain the favor of users. The level of usability significantly affects the user's evaluation of the product. Therefore, the usability research of mobile shopping APP has gradually received the attention of the industry. At present, the usability evaluation methods are relatively simple, and most of them are performed by subjective evaluation or eye tracking technology. At the same time, most of the existing usability evaluations focus on web pages, and there is very scsrce research on usability of mobile phone shopping apps. Therefore,on the basis of previous studies, this article takes the mobile phone shopping app as the research object, and evaluates its usability using functional near-infrared spectroscopy. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Divide the usability evaluation node based on the CTT method, and then determine the design points of the interface of the mobile shopping APP node through the focus group interview method, and design the prototype of each node of the mobile shopping app.(2)Based on the research results of existing literature, determine the subjective evaluation questionnaire for usability of mobile shopping APP,and select behavioral performance indicators and fNIRS indicators to evaluate usability. The behavioral performance index is the completion time, and the fNIRS index is the oxygenated hemoglobin concentration.(3)Obtain the subject's physiological data and behavioral performance through functional near-infrared experiments, and obtain subjective evaluation data after the experiment, and then perform band-pass filtering, surface interference removal, and motion artifacts on the fNIRS raw data obtained.Pretreatment such as track correction.(4)Data processing and statistical analysis were performed on the fNIRS indicators, behavioral performance, and subjective evaluation of each node of the mobile shopping app.The results of statistical analysis of behavioral performance show that when users use a mobile app with a lower availability level to complete a task, the task takes longer to complete.Conversely, when a user uses a higher availability app to complete a task, the task completion time is shorter.(5)Statistical analysis is performed on the correlation between the indicators. The analysis of the relationship between the user's behavioral performance and the fNIRS index showed that the left prefrontal oxygenated hemoglobin concentration of the subjects was significantly positively related to the user's behavioral performance. The analysis of the relationship between the subjective evaluation data and the fNIRS index showed that the left prefrontal oxygenated hemoglobin concentration value was significantly negatively correlated with the user's perception of the usability level of the mobile shopping APP.(6)Perform usability evaluation method application experiments. The results of the experimental data showed that there were significant differences in the subject's behavioral performance, subjective evaluation, and fNIRS data, and the results of the three indicators showed that the availability level of JD.com's app was higher than that of Amazon on three nodes or the overall level Shopping APP.Through experimental research, this article explores the effectiveness of using the fNIRS indicator data to evaluate the usability level of mobile shopping APPs,expands the application range of functional near-infrared spectroscopy technology, and also establishes the relationship between functional near-infrared indicators and mobile APP availability issues.Corresponding relationship.
