The open-pit coal mine is an important part of coal mines in our country, and the technology of mining determines the cost of mining during the mining of open-pit coal mine.Now the open-pit mining technology whose core is the self-moving crushing station,is generally considered to be a more advanced mining technology,and its main working process is that making use of excavator and bucket wheel excavator, self-moving crushing machine, reversed loader, belt conveyor and other technologies to realize the continuous mining operation via incorporated simplified of the mining technologies.In the open-pit mine, not only the semi-continuous mining system of self-moving crushing station needs frequently to change the work location at work,and self-propelled conveyor often needs two-way accurate docking between the crushing station and the cart of belt conveyor, but also crushing station also needs to position new location of the excavator.IArtificial docking way which is generally used to practice docking work very hard, seriously reduces the operation efficiency of united mining process.In order to improve the production efficiency, for the connection of united mining equipment automation,This topic to the north heavy industries group open-pit united mining equipment automatic docking problem as the research background, combined with single bucket excavator in the united mining complete sets of equipment, since the moving type crushing station, reprint machine, belt conveyor equipment and characteristics of the actual working condition, such as around the open pit mine based on Internet of things technology in the mining equipment automatic docking system carried out related research.First of all, according to the working environment and the accuracy requirement of docking of the large open-pit mining equipments,Based on Internet of things technology architecture, and puts forward the large open-pit mine united mining equipment automatic docking system overall design.Secondly, in the overall design framework, this paper revolves around united mining equipment attitude perception system build, based on the CORS gps-rtk technology of rigid motion attitude algorithm, based on the docking process requirement of multi-rigid-body automatic docking process and algorithm design and key technical problems are studied, such as model, proposed the corresponding solution and algorithm and the related experimental verification.Finally, based on SolidWorks large united mining complete sets of equipment of the secondary development of docking software system design scheme and a prototype system was carried out, through the analysis of the results of simulation experiment prototype system to verify the effectiveness of the thesis research results.
