With the continuous development of the economy,air pollution has an increasing impact on people's physical and mental health,and people are beginning to realize the importance of indoor air quality.For this reason,a variety of air quality testing equipment has been developed at home and abroad,but most of them are equipment for the scenarios of bedrooms and shopping malls,and there is a lack of equipment specifically for classroom air quality monitoring and regulation.Moreover,most of the equipment is expensive and the performance is not stable enough,and it is not suitable for the regulation of classroom air quality.Therefore,in response to the problem of poor classroom air quality leading to low learning efficiency of students,a GPRS-based classroom air quality perception and control system was developed,and the following results have been achieved:First,the functional requirements of teachers and students are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the classroom air quality perception and control system is determined.Based on the overall scheme,the main control chip scheme of the perception and control system,the classroom air quality control scheme and the remote communication scheme are demonstrated.The hardware circuit and software program of the temperature and humidity module,PM2.5/PM10 module,carbon dioxide module,formaldehyde module,volatile organic compound module and other sub-modules of the classroom air quality perception system are designed using modular methods.Secondly,a PWM control circuit,a zero-crossing detection circuit and a drive circuit for the wind speed gear of the fresh air blower are designed based on the new air blower control scheme.The hardware circuit of the liquid crystal display module and the switch page,main page,lock screen and unlock interface of the liquid crystal screen are designed,and the liquid crystal display of air quality data and the control of the wind speed of the fresh air blower are realized.Then,the software and hardware of the network communication platform are designed based on the GPRS communication mode,so that the sensing system and the control system can communicate with the server through GPRS.In order to realize the remote display function of classroom air quality data on the PC side,the design of the software program on the WEB side was completed.Finally,the whole system was tested.The test results show that the real-time sensing results of the sensing system are more accurate,and the test results are consistent with the actual local air quality;the LCD screen can clearly display the air quality in the classroom,and the control system can control the new fan to pass through high speed,medium speed and low speed.Three gears are used to adjust the air quality of the classroom;the network communication platform sends and receives complete data,which realizes the data visualization of the air quality on the PC side.
