| With the continuous rise of the chip semiconductor industry in my country,the various sanctions and suppression of the United States have greatly affected the domestic chip semiconductor industry,but it has not been in a slump because of this,but pursued by victory.As a talented enterprise,chip design enterprises need a large number of scientific and design talents.These talents are essential for corporate development strategic layout.At the same time,due to the high liquidity of personnel in the chip design industry,a series of measures need to be adopted to attract and retain these talents,thereby improving the business performance of the enterprise.As one of the effective means of modern enterprise companies,equity incentives can effectively solve the problems currently facing the chip design industry.This article uses the representative company ZC company of the chip design industry as the case research object.By combining the entrusted agent,human capital,incentive theory and signal theory,the use of case research law,projection traceing method and literature research method is used to explore the implementation of composite equity incentives.Performance.To this end,this article first sorted out the literature related to domestic and foreign incentives at home and abroad,and secondly analyzed the mechanism of composite equity incentives for financial performance,non-financial performance,and market performance.It once again analyzed the implementation of the four compound equity incentives of ZC Company again and again.The actual situation,and comprehensively evaluated the implementation performance of ZC Company composite equity incentives from the perspective of financial performance,innovation performance,human resources performance,and market performance.It was found that the existence of composite equity incentive schemes was found,and improving suggestions were given.The results of the study found that(1)Analyzing the profitability and debt capacity of ZC after the implementation of the financial index law after implementing the composite equity incentives,but the effect of the operation capacity and development capacity is not significant,and this is only based on each of each of them.The analysis of the dimension cannot be obtained by the impact of composite equity incentives on the overall financial performance,so the introduction of the projection traceing method for the comprehensive and vertical analysis of the comprehensive financial performance of the ZC company,which has not significantly improved its financial performance and insufficient sustainability.Essence(2)Three stages of analysis of the research and development,results output,and research and development of ZC companies obtained composite equity incentives to improve the innovative performance of the enterprise.From the aspects of employee education,employee structure,and incentive target resignation rate,the implementation of ZC’s composite equity incentives has improved human resources performance.(3)The adoption of the event research method analyzes the market response of ZC’s three-time composite equity incentives.It is found that composite equity incentives have a significant positive impact on the market response in 2018 and 2021.The positive impact on the market response in 2020 does not have a positive impact Significantly,but in general,composite equity incentives have a positive impact on market performance.(4)According to the results of the analysis,it is found that the composite equity incentive scheme of ZC has a single performance assessment indicator,the performance assessment target is too low,and the incentive object covers the narrow surface.In response to these issues,improvement suggestions are given,and it provides ideas for the reasonable adjustment of the equity incentive scheme in other companies in the chip design industry. |
