| As an emerging technology, industrial wireless technology becomes another hot technology after field bus in field of industrial automation for its characteristics such as strong adaptability to adverse environment, simple routing, low power consumption, and it will lead the development direction of industrial automation system in future. With Independent Intellectual Property Rights of China, WIA-PA (Wireless Networks for Industrial Automation-Process Automation) is the industrial wireless network technology for process automation based on IEEE802.15.4, which turned into IEC62591:2011International Standard and GB/T26790.1-2011National Standard respectively in2011. The appearance of WIA-PA is of great significance for China to keep competitive power in field of international industrial network technology and promote the development of wireless intelligent instrument industry in China.Protocol conformance test is a kind of black-box test that is able to test the coincidence degree between protocol implementation system and protocol. Being used to test whether the products developed on WIA-PA standards meet protocol requirements, WIA-PA conformance test provides reliable quality guarantee for the application of WIA-PA device in actual industrial field.According to the characteristics of WIA-PA wireless communication protocol, the thesis mainly aims at research and developing the system function of WIA-PA conformance test; through the in-depth understandings about WIA-PA protocol and the research on conformance test methods, it designs and develops related radio-frequency hardware platform and upper-computer test software; it realizes a whole test process according to the test cases provided in Regulations of WIP-PA Protocol Conformance Test. The concrete innovation points in the thesis mainly present in following aspects:1. According to the characteristics of WIA-PA protocol, it makes research on conformance test methods and designs the classification of test suite;2. Design radio-frequency hardware platform based on CC2530chip, draw and realize PCB circuit board;3. Design upper-computer test software, WIA-PA Tester based on Windows, write program framework with human-computer interface by C#and write test case script by Tcl script language; through the communication of radio-frequency module and unit under test, it make analysis on that whether the response (behavior) of unit under test is correct; 4. Build the entire WIA-PA conformance test platform, finish the adding-in, operation and quitting test of unit under test according to the test suite provided in Regulations of WIP-PA Protocol Conformance Test, realize the intended function of test platform. |
