In the present,Internet as an important strategic emerging industry in China,It occupies an important position in the national economy and constantly infuses fresh blood into the economic development.In recent years,the business model innovation achievements of global Internet enterprises have been remarkable.Airbnb's "sharing" model,Amazon's cross-border e-commerce model,Tencent's enabling local life model,etc,It has overthrown people's previous cognition of the traditional business model,introduced more users into new business forms,gradually formed diversified business models and life models,and realized the rapid growth of enterprise value.As a result,businesses have focused attention on the Internet in the business model innovation,in order to win the competitive advantage and earn profits,it also caused the academic circles to the process of business model innovation and its 1 d attention and research.This article selects Xiaomi as the research target,In the business model canvas model theory,from the product or service interface,asset management,customer interface,the four pillars of financial interface,Through the value proposition,core resources and key business,key partners,customer segmentation,channel distribution,customer relationship,cost structure,source of income of nine business model canvas element to deconstruction of Xiaomi's business model,analysis of Xiaomi's business model innovation in the process of development the key to success.Xiaomi from the initial period of software products based on the "one grain of mille",developed into the growth of mobile phone business with software services as the core of the "millet porridge",to open the business platform,to build Xiaomi intelligent Internet of things ecological chain "babao porridge".Through the in-depth analysis of the business model of Xiaomi at each stage,this article concludes that Xiaomi takes the deep participation of users as its core concept,subverts the production and marketing process with the Internet model,and reconstructs the mobile phone supply chain.With social media as the platform,the company will open the market through word-of-mouth communication of fans,deliver value with the product model of "software+hardware+Internet service",and achieve profits.This article enriches the research and exploration of Internet enterprises in the new manufacturing industry and new retail field,and further improves the theoretical system of business model innovation of Internet enterprises.On the basis of the study on the establishment of intelligent ecological chain by Xiaomi,this article also analyzes the cooperation between Internet enterprises and traditional industries on "Internet+",and points out that the symbiosis mode of "platform+ecology" will open up growth space for Internet enterprises to join hands with traditional industries for transformation and upgrading,and provides a practical and theoretical basis for traditional enterprises to seek digital transformation.
