With the implementation and development of the integration strategy of the “industrialization” and “information”,proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China,Combined with the concept about “Made in China 2025” in the new trend of industrial reforms.This thesis has carried out relevant research on the data collection and monitoring technology and the integration technology of logistics robots used in manufacturing.Utilizing the relatively stable and reliable information technology and engineering methods in the industrial field at present,the data acquisition management and integrated use of intelligent logistics robots in the precision manufacturing industry are realized.Facing with the issue of data and information islands between the different types of equipment in the actual manufacturing process in the production workshop,this thesis realizes the data acquisition and management about numerical control tools,ABB robots,AGVs and measuring machines in the manufacturing process,combined with the socket network communication technology,ADO.NET technology and LINQ language integrated query technology.According to the diversity of the materials in the assembly line and the layout of its assembly process,this work takes the Robotino robot as the controlled object,and Wincc and PLC as the control center,based on the genetic algorithm,industrial Ethernet,OPC technology and Siemens configuration software,and realizes the integrated system of the flexible and efficient delivery of assembly materials.
