Recently,with the rapid development of intelligent products and the general improvement of consumption level,mobile phones have become one of the essential supplies for users now.Because the main functions of mobile phones USB data lines are to charge mobile phones and connect computers for data transmission,the market space is also increasing.However,so far,the position order of domestic mobile phone data line enterprises for the color of mobile phone core line(four core lines)is still manually identified,manually sorted and put into the special fixture line slot to follow up production with the production line.Therefore,the labor intensity and cost of manual identification and sorting are high,because of the long time and frequent reliance on human eye recognition,manual operation fatigue,Sorting dislocation occurs from time to time,which seriously restricts the improvement of production efficiency.According to this,aiming at the production bottleneck problem of identification and automatic sorting of core wire(four-core wire)color of mobile phone data line,an automatic device which can quickly identify core wire color and automatically sort is studied and designed,which plays a very important practical role and theoretical significance in improving the automatic production of USB data line.A feasible scheme of automatic sorting based on USB data lines(four core lines)is proposed in this paper.A theoretical model of four-core wire sorting is established.A platform for automatic conveying and identifying sorting of data line cores is built,which can realize real-time online target positioning of core line images,and an automatic sorting mechanism is designed.On this basis,using the processing of online images,we have carried out the research of image grayscale,morphological noise reduction,combining the color characteristics of core wire and verifying the accuracy of color through the classifier of Gaussian Mixture Model,so as to realize the recognition and sorting of core wire of online data line.At the same time,the data core is designed for the identification and sorting of online data line cores online control system and detection software,in which,the protocol in the upper computer,display the collected core line picture,monitor the serial port communication status and the result of color sorting,verify the feasibility of online detection of data line core line and the correctness of sorting.Design of pneumatic system,PLC and driver control method,trigger function of each sensor and other hardware control system are also carried out.At the same time,the SolidWorks software 3D modeling is carried out for the mechanical actuator.This project is verified by the experimental prototype,and the research content of the project meets the technical index of the actual production requirements.
