With the continuous development of wireless communication field,millimeter wave communication has gradually entered people's production and life.Dielectric resonator antenna has the advantages of high gain,low loss,high efficiency and easy integration,which can overcome the narrow band,high cost and large loss of traditional millimeter-wave antenna.Therefore,the MMW dielectric resonant antenna array with wide band and high gain has high research value and application prospect.In this paper,a broadband filter dielectric patch antenna array suitable for 5G millimeter-wave communication is proposed.A double-layer dielectric structure is used to expand the matching bandwidth of the dielectric patch element.Substrate integrated waveguide structure is designed as the feed network,and a converter structure with filtering characteristics is proposed to realize the filtering characteristics of the antenna array.The antenna array has a relative bandwidth of 30.2%and a maximum gain of 14.8dB in the operating bandwidth,which is stable in the operating bandwidth.The feasibility of the design is verified by machining test of the antenna array.The measurement results verify the performance of the broadband high-gain filtering of the antenna array.The measured bandwidth covers 61.3-75.0GHz.The simulation results of the antenna array are in good agreement with the machining test results,and the proposed millimeter-wave antenna array meets the requirements of bandwidth and high gain required by 5G network.Secondly,a wideband double circularly polarized dielectric resonator antenna is proposed.The antenna etches four cross slits on the dielectric substrate,and the circular polarization is realized through the feeding method of microstrip line slits.Through reasonable design and optimization,the antenna achieves the performance of wideband and width.The impedance bandwidth of the antenna is 26.3%,and the 3dB axis ratio bandwidth is 20.3%.At the same time,a method of etching the gap on the dielectric substrate is proposed to provide a mark for the integrated position of the dielectric resonator and reduce the error caused by machining.Finally,a 2×2 circularly polarized dielectric resonator antenna array is proposed,which is fed by a split microstrip line power splitter.
