Research On The Influencing Factors Of Public Participation Willingness Of Archive Crowd-sourcing Project From The Perspective Of Digital Humanities

Archives,as the carrier of past social practices,are important resources and information evidence for the country to develop cultural undertakings.Therefore,the preservation and protection of archive resources have received great attention from all walks of life.The continuous development of the digital age has combined digital technology and humanities research,creating a new field of digital humanities that highly combines digital technology and humanities research.In the perspective of digital humanities,there are new opportunities for the preservation and development of archive resources.Institutions holding archives can digitally transfer archives to promote the long-term preservation and utilization of archives.Currently,due to factors such as shortage of manpower,the digitization of archives is progressing slowly,and it is not efficient to rely solely on internal personnel to complete the digitization process.Therefore,organizations holding archives and materials have begun to use crowdsourcing to ease internal work pressure.Archive crowdsourcing from the perspective of digital humanities has changed the traditional way of crowdsourcing to the library.It is more convenient to release and complete tasks through technologies such as the Internet.However,the archives crowdsourcing under our country's digital humanities still faces many problems.Its rise time is relatively late,and the scale and quantity of public participation are limited.Therefore,exploring the public's willingness to participate and motivating the public to participate widely in archives crowdsourcing projects is one of the important issues in the process of archives resource crowdsourcing construction from the perspective of digital humanities.From the perspective of public participation willingness,this research explores the psychological reasons for public participation in archive crowdsourcing projects.By analyzing the true thoughts of participants in archive crowdsourcing projects,it extracts the factors that affect public participation in archives crowdsourcing projects,and clarifies the various factors.Based on the relationship between the factors,the incentive mechanism and countermeasures for public participation in archive crowdsourcing projects are proposed,in order to provide reference for the construction and development of archives crowdsourcing projects in our country.The research content of this article includes: First,obtain the original interview data of the participants of the archive crowdsourcing project through interviews,and code and analyze the interview data with grounded theory research methods,and finally obtain the influence factors of the public participation willingness of the archive crowdsourcing project,and pass The relationship between the factors constructs a model of the influencing factors of public participation willingness;second,according to the participation willingness model and the current development status of archive crowdsourcing projects,the incentive principle and incentive mechanism of public participation willingness for archive crowdsourcing projects are put forward in a targeted manner;Third,according to the incentive mechanism model,specific incentive strategies are proposed from the five perspectives of project design,entry barriers,project publicity,public capabilities,and internal and external incentives to mobilize the public's enthusiasm for participating in archive crowdsourcing projects.
