As the development of science and technology,the designing of the PCB board is becoming more and more complex,which is developing towards the direction of high density and integration,and also proposes higher requirements for the PCB detection technology.Therefore,based on the current PCB automatic detection platform,the path optimization technology in solder joint testing is studied to enhance the detection efficiency of PCB board and prolong the service time of the platform.To solve the test point matching problem and the path planning problem of PCB solder joint detection,the test point network matching algorithm is designed and combined with the coordinate file based on the research of PCB solder joint testing methods after the solder joints are paired,the donkey and smuggler algorithm is applied to the PCB automatic test after the performance test.Besides,considering the priority of solder joint detection in PCB automatic testing,some effective measures have been taken to improve the algorithm,which is verified by simulation experiments.Based on the above-mentioned key technology researching,the design of algorithm is encapsulated in the function library and then is ran on the self-designed automatic detection platform,meanwhile,the machine vision system,motion control system and PC software system testing experiments are carried out.Finally,the optimization scheme is tested and compared with other algorithms on the PCB automatic platform,and the results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of optimization scheme.These study not only solve the problem of path optimization for solder joint testing in PCB automatic inspection but also greatly improves the inspection efficiency of PCB boards and help to improve the level of precision manufacturing and automatic inspection technology.Apart from this,it also provides a new direction for promoting the development and application of automatic detection technology of PCB in China.
