In recent years,due to the rapid development of new energy and the increasing requirements of environmental protection,the operation mode of "setting power by heat" of coal-fired cogeneration units during winter heating period makes its flexible adjustment ability insufficient,which limits the optimization of power grid dispatching and the economic and environmental protection operation of units.In this paper,multiple cogeneration units in the region are taken as the research object,and the goal is to optimize the coal consumption and reduce the emission of the units.Aiming at the power/heat load distribution problem of cogeneration units,the multiobjective particle swarm optimization algorithm is selected to conduct optimization research.According to the shortcomings of the original algorithm,an improved method based on fuzzy set space division is proposed.In this paper,firstly,the positive balance calculation method of coal consumption is adopted,the comprehensive standard coal consumption of the whole plant is selected as the thermal economy index,and the mathematical model is established by analyzing the historical operation data of the related variables of the thermoelectric unit.Then,the heat method is used to allocate the total heat consumption according to the ratio of power supply and heat supply.By analyzing the historical operation data,the maximum heat supply corresponding to the power generation load is found.Based on this data,the constraint relationship between power generation and heat supply is determined.Finally,on the premise of meeting the demand for heating,the power/heat load of the unit is optimized,the coal consumption and pollutant emissions are optimized by multiobjective particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the multiple solutions obtained from operation are selected according to the market coal price and the lowest cost of sewage treatment to achieve the goal of reducing coal consumption and emission.Based on the comprehensive information energy management and control platform of an enterprise in Xinjiang,the above algorithm is used to optimize the load distribution of multiple cogeneration units in the heating area of the enterprise.The practice shows that the algorithm in this paper has good accuracy and adaptability,which can effectively reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of enterprises and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
