Design And Implementation Of Multi-channel Digital Video DVR

With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people's safety awareness,the market has higher and higher requirements for the demand and quality of video surveillance products.Therefore,this paper designs a high-performance multi-channel digital video recorder(Digital Video Recorder,DVR).This paper designs and implements a multi-channel digital video recorder based on TMS320DM8168 video processing chip as the core processor.In terms of hardware,the function module design,circuit design,memory design,power module design,reset design and external network interface,hard disk interface,USB interface,serial interface design are completed.In the aspect of software,the embedded development environment is built for the target board,and the overall design of the whole software system is completed based on Linux operating system.The software design of multi-channel video acquisition,coding and decoding,local storage and network transmission modules is realized.The design of the video monitoring client of the device is completed,and then the start and clock of the system are configured,as well as the configuration of the system network module.Finally,the hardware and software testing environment is built to realize the functional testing of software and hardware,and to complete the design and implementation of multi-channel digital video DVR.The multi-channel digital video recorder designed in this paper can support high-speed real-time acquisition of 16-channel digital video,support fast compression coding and decoding of video data,support local video display,playback,hard disk storage and client remote access.Compared with the traditional video recorder,the device has better performance and more complete functions.Promoting the rapid development of video surveillance products.
