Multi-probe is an infrared detector consisting of some single-probes arranged in a line array which has been applied to the infrared thermal temperature measurement and thermal imaging system of high-speed railroad on a large scale.At present,the key technical parameters of the multi-probe such as visual field concentration,visual field center offset,visual field range haven't been tested effectively.It affects the accuracy of infrared thermometry and thermal imaging systems based on multi-probes.According to the different core components,multi-probes can be divided into two categories i.e.the thermal multi-probe and the photonic multi-probe.In this paper,a detection system is designed for multivariate photonic probes,which can automatically detect the technical parameters of multivariate probes including visual field concentration,visual field center offset,visual field range and so on.The main works of this paper are as follows:1)In order to strengthen the weak signal of multi-probe,three-stage amplification is used.Zero calibration and filtering process are also adopted.The PCI bus is used for Signal acquisition unit signal transfer.By the signal conditioning and acquisition Unit,the signal of multi-probe is acquired and transferred with a high speed.2)In order to accurately control the displacement of the stepper motor,a Grating displacement sensor is adopted to feedback the position and The PID algorithm is used to correct the position error.The analysis of the position error shows that the detection accuracy of the system is ensured.3)The software is designed modularly,including the acquisition of multi-probe signals,the analysis and processing of multi-probe signals,the contour drawing of the probe field of view,etc.Especially,a method is proposed for contouring the field of view and calculating the technical parameters.In addition,the support vector machine(SVM)is used to classify the abnormal probe waveforms.And the types and causes of abnormal field of view parameters are given.The test and operation of the system shows that the inspection system designed in this paper can accurately calculate the technical parameters of multi-probes such as visual field concentration,visual field center offset,visual field range.The unqualified probes and the corresponding types and reasons are also presented.Furthermore,the system works stably with high detection accuracy and has industrial application value.
