| In the Internet Age,the media performance is becoming more and more abundant and precise,and the public health emergency such as epidemic situation often affects the physical and mental health of the public.In COVID-19,virus spreading in large areas,the way of social mood generation and communication is gradually transformed into the extension of the limited home space to the network space under the individual ID gathering,due to the individual is emotionally fragile and sensitive,will always be stimulated by certain social incidents into irrational group emotions.On the one hand,the objectivity of emotion poses new challenges to the study of the Governance of public opinion in cyberspace,making the study of Communication in the field of new media more numerous and plentiful,and at the same time,to be confronted with many new problems.On the other hand,in the background of public health emergencies,emotions,as an important part of public opinion,often induce public opinions and attitudes to deviate from the dissemination of original factual information,a variety of complex emotional states in the group are aroused and resonated in interaction and communication,which challenges the government's ability to cope with crisis and maintain its credibility.Based on the background of the COVID-19 epidemic,this paper studies the emotional characteristics of Micro-blog users during the epidemic period(from December 2019 to April 15,2020).Through the empirical analysis and case analysis in different periods during terms of reference,this paper sorts out the main group resonance phenomena in each stage,probes into the characteristics,laws and conditions of resultant force of group emotions in public health emergencies.The findings are as follows:(1)the group-based emotion in micro-blog community fluctuates with the occurrence of various public sentiment incidents during the epidemic period,and the uncertain information of the initial epidemic situation may conclude the potential panic and anxiety in the public sentiment;(2)the key points that triggered the outbreak of collective sentiment on Micro-blog during the epidemic period were the inaction of Wuhan government departments,the corruption of Red Cross Society and so on.The fundamental factor was the deep-seated contradiction between the elite and the public under the long-term social background;(3)in the middle and later period,with the positive response of the central government to the epidemic and the joint efforts of the major media,the mainstream views gradually formed,and the attitude of the micro-blog group began to return to rationality on the basis of the continuous improvement of the actual situation of the epidemic;(4)in the process of the interaction of the micro-blog group during the epidemic period,a collective symbol of solidarity and a long-term stable emotional set were formed,which will conclude the micro-blog group to have repeated emotions when relevant or similar public opinion events occur in the later period;(5)there were rational and irrational views in every stage of epidemic,and the group-based emotions showed a general spiral upward trend.On the one hand,we can explore the form and tendency of the public's attention to public health emergencies under the new media environment,and on the other hand,we can supplement the domestic research on emotional guidance.In the new media era,the spread speed of epidemic situation,the evolution track of public opinion and the diffusion of group emotion are different from the traditional times,which bring difficulties to government governance and great social influence.The study on the guidance of group emotion in epidemic situation will be helpful to solve the problems of public opinion in public health emergency,reduce the influence and harm,and maintain the stability and harmony of society. |
