Research On The Influence Of Artificial Intelligence On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

Artificial intelligence is the representative of a new round of scientific and technological change,which plays a strategic leading role.At the same time,it is also of great significance to the development and upgrading of China's industrial structure.The combination of artificial intelligence with Internet,Internet of things,manufacturing industry,service industry and other industries not only promotes the intelligent development of the whole society,but also has a profound impact on the progress of the country.At the same time,the rapid development of artificial intelligence industry reflects a country's scientific and technological level to a certain extent,and highlights the national strength.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should "promote the deep integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and the real economy".At present,China's economy has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality stable growth,which puts forward new requirements for the change of production mode and industrial structure.Therefore,we need to use artificial intelligence to transform the traditional industries,to provide power for the development of high-end technology and high-end technology industries,and to promote the smooth transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of artificial intelligence,industry and industrial structure,structure deviation degree,etc.,and analyzes the theory of artificial intelligence on the upgrading of the first,second and third industries according to the existing literature,and obtains the theoretical influence of artificial intelligence on the upgrading of the three industries.Then it analyzes the current situation of artificial intelligence and industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta region and the whole country.From the analysis results,it can be seen that for the Yangtze River Delta region,the rationalization level of its industrial structure is higher than the national average level,which is inseparable from its higher intelligent level.From the current situation,compared with the national average level,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang are the three regions with faster industrial upgrading transformation.Secondly,this paper takes the annual data of the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2018 as the research object,with the help of ADF test and panel cointegration test,and carries out empirical research based on two-step System GMM statistical method.The main conclusions are as follows: artificial intelligence has a significant positive impact on industrial upgrading,and expanding the opening up and increasing government intervention will promote industrial upgrading to a certain extent.However,the rapid economic development has inhibited the industrial upgrading to a certain extent.Finally,according to the main conclusions of this study,especially combined with the current AI background to promote the upgrading of China's industrial structure needs to solve the key problems,put forward policy recommendations.
