FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)3D printing technology is a kind of rapid prototyping process.Its characteristic is that the price is low,and there are many materials that can be used,so it has been applied in various industries.With the development of industrial technology,this technology has been used in aerospace and medical industries,and has also been applied to the field of military manufacturing,but it is also Because of its low molding accuracy and molding quality,its development is severely restricted.This article takes PLA(Polylactic acid)as the molding material of FDM 3D printer as the background to conduct research,focusing on the printing nozzle and molding process to study the molding accuracy and molding quality of the printer.Based on ANSYS software,the establishment of the temperature field analysis model of the sprinkler system was completed,and the optimized design of the throat and heat sink was completed.Through Icepak software,the numerical simulation of the wind speed field and temperature field of the heat sink was completed,the analysis of the wind speed field of the nozzle system was completed,and the design of a heat dissipation air duct device was completed and the wind speed field simulation was carried out.Using ANSYS software,the finite element analysis of FDM3 D printer is carried out.Through APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)language programming,the simulation of temperature field and stress field of molded parts is realized,and the influence analysis of different printing parameters on the edge warpage of molded parts is completed.According to the optimized design and simulation analysis results of FDM-3D printing system,The multi-factor and multi-level orthogonal experimental design was carried out.The influence degree and law of selection factors on the warpage of forming parts were analyzed by using the method of range analysis,The selection of the optimal combination of process parameters has been completed,and the optimization of the experimental verification parameters has significantly improved the molding accuracy of the 3D printer.
