With the maturity of network technology and the popularity of intelligent mobile terminals,In the era of fragmentation,mobile short video serves as an important way of information dissemination and interactive communication.In recent years,the competition in the short video market is very fierce,and the content tends to be vertical obviously.Street interview has become one of the better vertical types,which are favored by the general users because of its novel content form and down-to-earth expression style.This paper analyzes the communication strategy of the short video of street interviews,identifies the existing problems and comes up with the improvement strategies,so as to help the development of the same type of short video and make a little contribution to the future academic research and the spread and development of the short video of vertical category.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,etc.Firstly,it analyzes the basic overview of the short video of street interviews from the four levels of related concept,development process,classification and main characteristics.On this basis,the content production,promotion method,user maintenance and other aspects are deeply analyzed.Specific manifestations are as follows:in terms of content production,rich topics are closely related to the needs of the audience,and excellent post-production improves the quality of video.In terms of disseminating channels,multiple platforms are published and targeted.In terms of users,on the basis of accurate positioning of users,We-Media actively interact to precipitate loyal fans.In the flourishing development of short video of street interview,there are some problems and challenges.Through an in-depth analysis of the creators' lack of continuous productivity,insufficient content innovation,relatively single profit model and insufficient supervision,and based on the analysis of the problems and causes existing in the transmission process,targeted optimization schemes are proposed:First,the use of MCN to ensure the continuous production of content,access to high-quality resources and flow support;Second,the persistence of innovation and the production of high-quality content,We-Media should find out the correct content positioning,expand the scope of topic selection and improve the professional degree of content,so as to produce refined and high-quality original content.Third,the expansion of multiple profit methods.We-Media should create newforms of advertising to deliver high-quality advertisements,actively cooperate with the platform to open up profit channels,develop peripheral product area to realize profit maximization.Finally,the strengthening of multi-dimensional supervision and checks.The government should perfect the network laws and regulations,clarify the content guidelines,and strengthen the legal supervision;The platform should improve the audit mechanism,strengthen the content control and industry self-discipline;Netizens should enhance their sense of social responsibility,resist vulgar content and improve their awareness of self-governance.
