The bookstore is one of the important urban cultural spaces.With the development of the times,bookstores have undergone deconstruction,reorganization and upgrading.Many independent brand bookstores are emerging,and their functions and meanings are constantly enriched.Bookstores are becoming a cultural landmark of the city,or a "third space" for public communication,or a gathering place for cultural spirit...Cities and bookstores are becoming more closely linked.Especially in the post-industrial era,our country's cities are accelerating their transformation and upgrading,and are changing from a production-oriented to a consumer-oriented one.Culture has become an important means of constructing urban space.Urban cultural space spreads and shapes the image of the city and has become an important urban productivity.This thesis starts from the "the high-level version of studying urban cultural space-scene theory",and focuses on three representative independent bookstores-Nanjing Pioneer Bookstore,Suzhou Eslite Bookstore,and Sisyphus Bookstore,and explore their The construction of urban cultural space.First of all,pay attention to the development history of bookstores and the status quo of the overall environment,and conduct research on the role of bookstores in the city,existing difficulties,opportunities,types,etc.So as to master the political,economic and cultural background of the development of bookstores.Next,the independent brand bookstore is divided into three parts:material space,activity space,and mimic space for display and deconstruction.In the research,I summarized the commonalities and differences of the urban cultural space in the transformation process of independent brand bookstores.Third,refine the elements of space construction and summarize the rules of element construction of scenes.From two directions-the micro perspective of the scene elements and the macro perspective of the value of the scene,to explore the path of independent brand bookstores how to construct the urban cultural space.From a micro perspective,it is found that places,people,activities,and media are the basic elements that make up space.These elements are multi-interactive and organic symbiosis,and they together form different scenes.From a macro perspective,with the help of scene theory,from the perspective of culture and consumption,to analyze the bookstore's urban cultural space construction effect.The analysis found that independent brand bookstores need to meet the urban readers'need,including culture,aesthetics,communication,belonging,consumption and so on,to become a representative urban cultural space.Finally,based on the above analysis,the element composition table and element interaction model of the space are established.In turn,it can provide suggestions for bookstore development,enrich the space scene value of bookstores,and think about the symbiotic relationship between independent brand bookstores and the city in the future.
