| With the increasing competition of domestic banking and the deepening of management accounting theory in China,more and more banks begin to pay attention to the fine management.At the same time,the development of computer technology has created conditions for the realization of fine management in banking.A domestic state-owned bank(hereinafter referred to as a bank)is a financial institution established with the approval of the State Council.This paper completes the analysis,design and implementation of the profit management system according to the actual needs of the system construction.As a large-scale financial institution,the bank has higher and higher requirements for internal fine management.At present,information construction covers financial system,sharing center,human resource system,budget system,data warehouse system,asset-liability system,etc..Therefore,it is an urgent problem for the bank to construct and realize the profit management system and improve the internal performance evaluation system to provide information support for the bank's internal strategic decision.Based on the thought of software engineering,combined with the practical experience of the construction of the banking management accounting system,based on the Chinese management accounting methodology,taking J2EE as the technical platform,the main modules of the profit management system are analyzed,designed and implemented.At present,the system has completed a series of functional modules including information supplement,dimension designation,cost allocation,cooperation project division,profit and loss analysis,report management,etc..After the internal use and test the system,the business needs were met,the anticipated goal was achieved,the application of the management accounting system in the bank was deepened,and the business knowledge of the financial staff was improved.The system has played a positive role in the bank's strategic development and performance management. |
