B2B and B2C and C2C are the three models of traditional e-commerce.Thanks to the spread of mobile phones,interactive activities become more frequent in e-commerce.A new e-commerce model called as S2B2C is flourishing.More and more products are transferred to sell from the traditional off-line or on-line to the social e-commerce platform.Therefore,the most majority of enterprises realize that social e-commerce is dominating the future e-commerce model.By contrast with traditional e-commerce,social e-commerce gradually takes advantages over reducing marketing expenses,improving shopping experience,and brand promotion.However,like traditional e-commerce,social e-commerce is also faced with a variety of problems caused by fake products.Due to the lack of effective supervision methods for goods quality,a large number of complaints have been caused by goods quality problems.Consumers leave a lot of negative comments on goods.In order to eliminate the negative impacts,sellers have to spend a lot of time and resources to solve the quality problems by discuss with consumers.Moreover,some sellers have to modify product review at high expense,all of these bring about the extra cost and lead to inefficient management.Information asymmetry is the main reason.Without scientific and standardized management,user information is misused at will.Through case analysis,this paper makes in-depth analysis on social e-commerce platform for D company,and studies its main problems one by one with platform economy theory,flow rebuilt theory and value chain theory.Meanwhile,using blockchain smart contract,blockchain network nodes,distributed ledgers to optimize and upgrade the existing functions of social e-commerce management system,problems are solved in the development course of social e-commerce platform.This paper also gives specific design ideas,optimized scheme and guarantee measures.What's more,in the actual operation course of social e-commerce platform for D company,the blockchain technology solves four problems of quality control,information asymmetry,inefficient management,and personal information security:(1)trace goods from the source to user end,including the information of the production process and the logistics information.Those datum stored on the blockchain ensure the quality of goods sold.(2)Store goods trade datum and reviews on blockchain network node,lest they are modified,and keep them open to the public.(3)Process automatic goods return&refund according to the promised service rules,and improve the management efficiency.(4)Store user information on the blockchain,strictly limit the public key within few given users,establish safety management system to avoid the abuse of user information,and reduce the user information leakage risk.There are two innovations this paper:(1)To replace the business model of distribution commission under the membership system by using the blockchain token economy model.It not only avoids the policy risk of pyramid selling,but also maintains the growth of memberships.Combined with the smart contract,the incentive rules are open and transparent.(2)The blockchain smart contract program is used to complete automatic return process instead of manual return audit.This paper can help find out the problem and responsible party according to the goods traceability,and then automatically complete the flow process of good return through the blockchain smart contract,save time and cost,and improve efficiency.
