Design Of Governance Mechanism For Inspection And Testing Platform Based On Blockchain

With the development of China's economy and the deepening of its opening-up,inspection and testing services have received more and more attention.Inspection and testing services are of great significance for the implementation of national strategies and the construction of quality technology infrastructure.With the continuous development of "Internet +",the traditional detection institutions and the platform economy are deeply integrated,and many Internet detection platforms have emerged at the historic moment.However,the platform still has problems such as a lack of trust and insufficient incentives,which seriously restricts the credibility and development vitality of the testing industry.How to form a credible quality certification system and more effectively regulate the market economic order? How to increase user participation,develop external economies of scale,and significantly strengthen China's economic quality advantage? This is an urgent problem that needs to be solved for the current online development of the inspection and inspection industry.In order to solve the above problems,from the perspective of trust transformation and value remodeling brought by the blockchain,this paper proposes a blockchainbased platform governance mechanism.Firstly,in response to the trust governance requirements of the detection platform,this paper uses the smart contract and distributed ledger in blockchain technology to revolutionize the settlement and supervision methods and build a platform trust mechanism based on blockchain technology.Secondly,according to the incentive requirements of the platform,this paper designs a platform-based incentive mechanism based on token incentives and uses tokens to inspire stakeholders to reach consensus and group collaboration on the development of the platform.The research results of this article provide new ideas for the application of blockchain technology in the detection field and the landing of tokens in the real economy and enrich the existing platform governance-related theories.In addition,the research in this article provides practical strategic suggestions for the transformation and development of the testing industry and the commercial operation of the testing platform.Some research results have been applied to the design of governance mechanisms for some inspection and testing platforms.
