Society needs emotions to maintain,emotions are subjective but play an important role.In the era of mobile Internet,people rely on social media to obtain information and connect to the society,and at the same time,they also carry out emotional expression and interaction through the platform,and then form effective emotional communication.In the post-truth era,a social situation is gradually formed in which opinions come before facts,emotions come before reason,attitudes come before truth.Therefore,emotional communication is particularly important.Based on rational attitude,this paper mainly uses empirical research,and combines the research methods of network ethnography,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with their own circle of friends as the focus,analyzing feelings generated elements during the period of epidemic,the author found that the network space elements,dynamic elements,community structure elements,technical factors and economic factors in the circle of friends feelings plays an important role.At the same time,the author uses Collins' interactive ritual theory to explore the rules of group emotional interaction,and finds that there are mainly two kinds of emotional interaction states:"trickle" and "ripple".During the pandemic,only the culture that can arouse people's emotional energy for a long time and can flow through the social network and be recognized by most people,and then carry out continuous communication and interaction in the ceremony of emotional energy.This type of emotional culture usually symbolizes the mainstream values of the society and guides the theme of the society,and has an orthodox effect,just like the trickle has a lasting positive impact on people throughout the epidemic.However,the culture that touches people's neurons in a short time cannot generate a continuous emotional energy field,and people can only obtain a short period of happiness and satisfaction,producing a virtual pleasure,as if it stirs up a ripple and then quickly disappears.Later,the author found that the public emotional resonance in the circle of friends during the epidemic mainly includes:emotional resonance,emotional polarization and emotional alienation.Although emotion comes from people's subjective consciousness,it is not without trace.By exploring these issues,the author further understands the spreading of emotions and lay a foundation for guiding people's emotions after the occurrence of such public emergencies in the future,and then guide the orderly development of the public opinion field.
