In the era of complete information technology, the digital divide not only spans between different groups in society, but also has a profound manifestation in the micro-field of the family. The subsequent digital feedback behavior is also widespread in the family. The parent-child relationship and parent-child communication between generations have a subtle impact.Although many studies have explored and proved the digital divide and digital back-feeding phenomenon in the family, there is a lack of quantitative research answers to the relationship between the two. This article focuses on the interaction between the three variables of digital divide, digital backfeeding, and parent-child communication in the family. This paper analyzes the questionnaire data of 205 family samples and conducts in-depth interviews with six households. The research finds that the digital divide and digital backfeeding are common in families and between generations. There is a significant gap between parent-child generations in terms of digital access, use, and knowledge acquisition, and the width of these three digital gaps increases in sequence;in contrast, digital backfeeding has a sense of existence in the family, but compared with skills Back-feeding and knowledge back-feeding,children's back-feeding to their parents at the access level must be more frequent and profound;the three digital divides between generations are closely related to each other.Through the mediation effect test,it can be seen that the use gap is connected. There is a complete mediating effect between the entry gap and the knowledge gap, that is,the access gap will have a positive impact on the knowledge gap by affecting the use gap;the width of the digital gap is significantly affected by the age of the parents and the educational background of the parents, but the children have a positive effect on the parents. The three levels of feedback have only had a significant impact on the knowledge level. In other words,at the level of digital access and digital use,the back-feeding of offspring has not played a role in bridging the digital divide;however, the behavior of digital back-feeding is still closely related to the quality of parent-child communication in the family, and both are right.Have a significant positive impact on each other.Families with better parent-child communication will have more frequent and profound digital backfeeding. At the same time, digital backfeeding by offspring to their parents can also significantly enhance the perception of parent-child communication between the two generations.
