In recent years,the state is vigorously promoting intelligent security and other projects.It is especially important to monitor the camera as an intelligent "eye" of intelligent security.However,the production and installation of surveillance cameras is complicated,especially in terms of its camera module.Most of the factory products are in an unfocused condition,which results in the camera not being able to obtain clear images,so the surveillance camera with accuracy and timeliness is the future development trend.In view of how to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of surveillance cameras,this paper starts with the background of intelligent security,and does a lot of research on the key modules in the camera,namely the camera module,analyzes the motion process of the motion unit,and establishes the mechanics.The model builds the physical model of the entire test control system and builds a flexible and easy-to-use simulation environment using the Python language;then designs the hardware and software test system.In terms of hardware: the ILD1401 laser displacement sensor is used to collect and transmit the displacement of the motion process.The STM32 MCU and Digital to analog converter drive circuit are used as the control of the peripheral machine.In software: the PyQt5 module is also used to complete the UI interface design of the host computer.The command completes the docking and transmission with the single-chip microcomputer,and explores the control process that can speed up the convergence time of the camera module.The comparison between simulation and test shows that the control process can effectively accelerate the stabilization process of the camera module.The test system can obtain different test current sequences according to different focusing requirements,achieve fast and stable auto focus state,and thus can develop different driving modes,ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the camera module,and have great commercial value.
