With the development of social productivity, marketing promoted from the idea of manufacture, product, sale to today's marketing concept and social marketing concept. The marketing concept based on what customers need and how to effectively meet customers need, to enhance customer's satisfaction, to maintain long-term competitive advantages, has become the key points of enterprise development. Building Call Center is to use the advanced technical and managing means to meet customers need and promote customers loyalty, and ultimately improve the success rate of sales to achieve maximum value.The paper studies the level of customer service in call center, based on the fundamental theoretical concepts of customer service and analyses the development and application of call center in the international and domestic phases, reviews its role in the industrial economy and its effect on the economic development. Meanwhile fully integrated practice with in-depth analysis of Toyota's customer service center through the argumentation of implementation of customer database management, knowledge management, database marketing and customer relationship management.
