With the development of knowledge economy,knowledge-intensive firms in China's national economy is becoming more and more important,and knowledge-intensive firms because of its fierce competition,high knowledge content,high capital investment and high innovation requirements,product life cycle is greatly shortened,firms need to continue to invest a lot of money in innovation and research and development new generation products,which also makes firms new products to enter the market risk increased,firms through technological innovation to participate in the market competition risk is also increased,coupled with transformation is the only way for sustainable development of firms.Especially for companies in the industry following position,the transformation will give them a favorable position in the future development opportunities,and the risk of transformation is a huge challenge.If knowledge-intensive firms accidentally control the risk of transformation,it is likely to encounter a crisis of transformation failure,light corporate profits have dropped significantly,even exit the market.Therefore,how to effectively identify and control the major risk of the strategic transformation of knowledge-intensive firms has become a major problem that knowledge-intensive firms in the current stage of industrial follow-up.This study is based on the strategic transformation project of a typical knowledge intensive firm A participated by the author.It mainly studies how to apply the learned theoretical knowledge of enterprise strategic analysis and risk management to the problems encountered in the actual work,and improves the ability of overall risk management of firm strategic transformation projects.According to the ideas of putting forward,analyzing and solving problems,this study focuses on the risk management of knowledge intensive firm strategic transformation project.It mainly solves the following problems:first,how to demonstrate the necessity of risk management in the strategic transformation of knowledge intensive firms;second,how to effectively identify the risk factors in the strategic transformation projects of knowledge intensive firms;third,how to make qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation on the risk of the strategic transformation projects of knowledge intensive firms;fourth,how to build the strategic transformation of knowledge intensive firms Project risk management system and control key risks.Firstly,the paper defines the concept of risk management of knowledge intensive firm strategic transformation by literature analysis.Secondly,this study uses five force analysis and SWOT analysis methods to analyze the industrial competitiveness and strategic transformation of knowledge intensive firm a respectively,and explains why it is necessary for knowledge intensive firm to carry out strategic transformation,the uncertainty and risk of its strategic transformation,and the necessity of risk management of the strategic transformation of knowledge intensive firm.Then relying on the company's internal project implementation personnel and integrating external resources,we first identify the relevant risk factors by brainstorming method,and make a qualitative analysis of all the risk factors to get the project strategic transformation risk identification table.Then according to the characteristics of the project,the subjective scoring method,Delphi expert opinion method and AHP are used to analyze the main risk factors in the project quantitatively.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,combined with the risk response theory,the corresponding prevention and control measures are given for the main risks of the project one by one.It is found that company A is faced with complex internal and external environmental risks and human factors risks during its strategic transformation,and these risks are quite different from those of traditional enterprises.For company A,the main risks are that human resource quality and ability can't meet the requirements,transformation core capability risk,innovation strategy decision-making risk and market risk,which are likely to affect company A's transformation In order to achieve the strategic goal,it is necessary for company A to increase the risk management based on the characteristics of its own enterprises and the actual situation of the industry during the period of strategic transformation,so that the success probability of transformation can be improved.At the same time,this paper gives a risk management reference system of strategic transformation based on risk identification,risk assessment and risk prevention and control measures.
