Design And Implementation Of Time Bank Multi-End Application System Based On Community Mutual Aid For The Aged

The "Time Bank" model is a major breakthrough in achieving mutual support for the community,especially for low-income people,but for some reasons it has not been widely promoted.This paper designs and develops a Time Bank system with Web,APP and WeChat clients for the shortcomings of existing domestic and foreign time banks.This paper first designs a model of Time Bank and introduces the functions and features of the Time Bank multi-end application system.On this basis,in order to guarantee the sustainability of Time Bank application system,a service evaluation system based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed:Firstly determine the Time Bank service quality evaluation index system,further establish the comparison judgment matrix of the service quality evaluation index,calculate the feature vector corresponding to the evaluation index,and conduct the consistency test to obtain the composite weight of the evaluation index system.Finally,the fuzzy transformation matrix is constructed according to the evaluation membership degree by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the fuzzy evaluation vector is calculated,and the comprehensive service quality evaluation value is finally obtained.On the basis of analyzing the requirements of time banking application system,the paper defines the division of system functions,and analyzes the system roles and database table design;Then,this paper designs the architecture of the system,and gives the design description of the system architecture and logic architecture;Finally,this paper implements modules such as user information management,community management,service demand management,community activity management,transfer management,and service evaluation management based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the system design,Baidu real-time map is applied to the volunteer application service function,which improves the efficiency of the Time Bank.The system background and web client are developed in Java language,in which the system background application SpringBoot and Mybatis development framework;the Web client applies the Bootstrap framework;The WeChat applet client uses native development tools combined with the wepy framework,and the APP client is developed based on the Android platform.This paper tests the performance and functionality of the Time Bank application system.The test results show that the Time Bank application system has enough information exchange between the three clients and the server.The CPU share of the cloud server is relatively low and the throughput per minute is considerable.The system performs well in performance and function,and can meet the actual needs of the community home care.
