In order to facilitate the management of numerous and complex banking services and coordinate the complex business environment,workflow technology came into being.The emergence of workflow technology has brought a qualitative leap for the banking industry to achieve the goal of office automation.But while the workflow technology brings convenience,it also produces many problems.With the continuous increase in the number of workflow systems,it has increased the difficulty of business personnel and increased the labor cost of the operation and maintenance team.At the same time,in order to improve product security,each workflow system will use recognized WAS servers and database server products on the market,such as IBM's WASND,Oracle database,etc.Coupled with the maintenance service of the corresponding service provider,it has greatly increased the expenditure.Obviously,this goes against the nature of workflow office automation,simplifying operations,and facilitating management.For the banking industry,in order to simplify the configuration of workflow services,the construction of an intelligent workflow platform is imperative.This article takes a bank's workflow platform in City C as the object,and analyzes the shortcomings of the current bank's workflow system through field investigation and data collection: the number of complex workflow systems;different use environments;workflow interfaces that cannot be connected in series and so on,explained the necessity of constructing workflow platform.In order to realize the intelligent management of the bank's workflow,the IBM BPM management platform was introduced to realize the intelligent construction of a bank's workflow platform in City C.The company's requirements for the workflow management platform were introduced in detail,from the overall structure and core of the system.Starting from the requirements,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the intelligent platform are comprehensively introduced.A suitable evaluation system was established based on the bank's workflow platform demand analysis,and then the criterion layer and factor layer were sorted by reasonable weights through the analytic hierarchy process.Combined with the saliency analysis,it is found that scalability,usability,design workflow function,online and offline workflow,authority management function,and global configuration function are significantly important in the overall evaluation system.Based on the theoretical basis of BPM and business background,combined with the quantitative level analysis and saliency analysis of workflow platform requirements,from the three dimensions of platformization,business configurability,and business channel sharing,the work flow of City C banks Platform construction and design.And take leave business as an example,completed a workflow configuration,and ran the results.According to the current operating data of the bank's intelligent workflow platform,it is concluded that the bank's intelligent workflow system satisfies most of the bank's workflow business.To sum up,the main innovation of this article is the establishment of the bank's workflow platform demand evaluation system,and further introduces the analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively analyze the demand model,and realizes the weighting of different factor levels,which can help the bank to balance the coordinated development.Effectiveness.As well as the construction of an intelligent platform,this system greatly reduces training costs,learning costs,development costs,and operation and maintenance costs compared to a single workflow system.With the rapid development of computer automation,artificial intelligence,and Internet+,for the banking industry,an intelligent,adaptive workflow platform will be the key to development.
