With diabetes becoming a major threat to human health,more and more attention has been paid to glucose sensors for diabetes detection.Due to the excellent performance of porous Ni in the field of non-enzyme glucose sensor and the potential of graphene in modifying non-enzyme glucose sensor.Porous nickel with graphene modified and used for glucose detection.The details are summarized as follows:(1)Graphene is used to assist in the formation of small-pore porous Ni.Through comparative experiments,it was found that after the introduction of graphene to assist the formation of porous Ni,the pore diameter of porous Ni decreases and the crystallinity increases,which is conducive to enhance the glucose sensing performance of porous Ni.The introduced graphene is used as a substrate to regulate the morphology of porous nickel,which improves the electron transfer ability between the electrode and the active reaction center,and this plays an important role in obtaining porous Ni with high glucose detection sensitivity.It exhibits a high sensitivity of 6161 ?A/mM-1 cm-2 within a linear range of 0.5?m-1.OmM with a detection limit as low as 0.46?M;(2)Using graphene and nickel hydroxide composite modified porous Ni,the graphene nickel hydroxide composite material has been confirmed by EDS,TEM,Raman,XRD and XPS analysis.The high specific surface area of porous Ni can promote the formation of graphene nickel hydroxide complex.the sensor own a high sensitivity of 6504?A/mM-1cm-2 within a linear range of 4?M-1.0mM and the detection limit is as low as 0.41 ?M.(3)Graphene and graphene composite layer co-modify porous Ni,which uses the above two graphene modified porous Ni methods at the same time,because the small pore porous Ni formed by graphene can provides larger surfaces for graphene nickel hydroxide composite modified to attachment.The prepared graphene and graphene composite layer co-modified porous Ni has a larger specific surface area and more active substances.Therefore,its sensitivity of glucose detection is as high as 8328?A/mM-1cm-2 in the linear range of 0.5?M-1.0mM,the detection limit is as low as 0.21 ?M.Compared with the same type of nickel-based non-enzymatic glucose sensor,it has significantly better glucose sensing performance.In addition,the graphene-modified porous nickel prepared in this paper shows good interference resistance to UA,AA,CA,fructose,KCl,galactose and other interfering substances.
