Under the background of the global manufacturing of resource consumption and environmental pollution problems,research on the connection structure and mode of effective logistics system and unmanned vehicle system,so that the unmanned vehicle can efficiently connect with the access equipment to complete the package interaction and reduce the logistics.Enterprise operating costs have research value.The unmanned weight and design space limitations affect the bearing strength of the connecting mechanism.For the research mechanism,this paper proposes the static analysis of the core components of the connecting mechanism based on SOMULATION and actual working conditions.The key points of meshing,load setting,boundary conditions,analysis step division and setting are discussed.Based on the static analysis results,the post-processing method for optimizing the core components of the connection mechanism based on HYPERMESH is proposed.The principle and problems involved in the design of mechanical structures and dimensions using finite element analysis are described.The simulation results show that when the yield strength of the core component is 100 MPa and the deformation displacement is 6.2mm,the thickness of the sheet metal is reduced by 0.8mm,which is reduced by 27%.It is an effective method to optimize the size of the mechanical load-bearing structure by using the finite element analysis method.It can provide theoretical reference for the lightweight design of mechanical structures and components.In order to meet the requirements of mechanical performance,in order to further improve the docking efficiency of unmanned vehicles and reduce the interference of human factors and environmental factors,the process of unmanned vehicle connection process was designed.A process model for the connection process was established.Taking human path factors and operational factors as the main interference sources,the position deviation of unmanned vehicles and express cabinets is the secondary interference source,establishing the safety boundary conditions of the connection process,and designing the discriminating process for the risk situation.Further establish an internal communication framework for the connection process.The process analysis shows that considering human factors and deviations in advance and making evasive solutions can effectively improve the connection efficiency,and can provide reference for the unmanned vehicle connection in actual working conditions.The existing unmanned vehicle connection system relies on the unmanned vehicle's own positioning capability to realize the connection.The software algorithm that affects the positioning accuracy of the unmanned vehicle is highly demanded and lacks mechanical means to correct the deviation.Therefore,the adjustment of the mechanical structure is studied as an auxiliary positioning.The method further improves the success rate of the connection process and has research value.
