Research On The Implementation Effect Of New Three Board Equity Incentive

Equity incentive thought originated in the United States,gradually mature and developed in the 1980 s,less than half a century of time is popular in most economically developed countries and regions in the world,in many companies has obtained the good incentive effect,effectively improve the company's performance and competitiveness,relax a modern enterprises system in the dispute between the authority and mandate.In contrast,China's equity incentive mechanism emerged relatively late.At first,due to its own conditions and experience,the external environment and related equipment were also limited,and the development and implementation of equity incentive mechanism did not reach the expected results,facing many difficulties and obstacles.Our country after joining the wto,foreign enterprises gradually stationed to market in our country,the listed companies in our country not only in the domestic market pressure,still need to deal with the foreign market,the pressure of the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,how to retain talent,introduce have development potential talent is also the important problem of the listed companies should be settled as soon as possible,use what kind of incentives to smooth the heart also a key link in the process of listed companies are in urgent need of research to solve.In this paper,BH case study on the implementation of equity incentive of listed companies in China's actual situation,the integration of equity incentive theory,and combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,as the analysis of the case shows the theoretical cornerstone;After that,it emphatically describes and analyzes the planning and implementation effect of BH's equity incentive program.According to the survey and interview of the staff,we know that BH's equity incentive program has achieved certain results,which can be demonstrated from the aspects of enterprise performance,incentive objects and market response.The author believes that it is necessary to constantly adjust the implementation plan from the following three perspectives to promote BH equity incentive to give better effect,improve the internal structure system and external environment system,and improve the equity incentive reference standard.
