With the continuous improvement of science and technology,the scale of enterprises has gradually increased.A good incentive mechanism that can help enterprises manage talents and promote the long-term development of enterprises is needed by enterprises.In the increasingly fierce competition environment,the equity incentive can make the enterprise to retain talents better.Equity incentive has become an effective long-term incentive system in modern management theory,which is in line with the long-term development of modern enterprises.The enterprises that implement the equity incentive plan in China are increasing year by year.With widespread implementation of equity incentive in China,incentive object gradually from the corporate directors and executives expanded to include directors,senior management,middle management,the core business and Core technician,the use of equity incentive is more and more wide which has become a common way of compensation.But with the implementation of equity incentive,various implementation problems also gradually revealed.Because of the capital market in our country is not mature,the pursuit of short-term benefits and the low management level of enterprises for the most part of the whole market,combined with our country about the equity incentive system is imperfect,the implementation of equity incentive is not ideal.every aspect of our country played an inhibitory effect on the development of the equity incentive,hampering the company's long-term healthy development in China.Taking the equity incentive of TR corporation as an example,this thesis used empirical analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to study and analyze the whole process of the equity incentive of TR corporation.From the problems encountered in the plan about design and implementation process of equity incentive to the implementation effect analysis,and then put forward the constructive countermeasures according to the actual problems of TR corporation.This paper from the implementation of equity incentive is not really to retain talent,and whether managers tend to be more consistent with the interests of the shareholders and the company how to choose the way to the implementation of equity incentive etc aspects and analysis,give the TR group corporation.The implementation of equity incentive is introduced in detail.I hope this article can provide some help and reference for the company that intends to carry out the equity incentive in the future.
