Desperate Housewives is a nonfiction story about two women,wang jing and zhang min,who suffer from perinatal depression after getting married,getting pregnant,giving birth and raising children.The experience of the two mothers is typical of many traditional Chinese families.This is a "negative" article,which exposes the fact that some women are forced to lose themselves,deal with children and housework,and are depressed during the perinatal period when they are faced with pregnancy,childbirth and family life.In recent years,the incidence of perinatal depression has been on the rise.This group is large and easy to ignore,leading some women to fall into the trouble of giving birth.Paying attention to this huge group,speaking for them,has a lot of practical significance.Many factors contribute to perinatal depression: unwanted pregnancy,financial stress,lack of care from family and partners.This article describes the life changes of two women who had children,such as being forced to become housewives and losing their own lives.The depression after becoming a mother makes the two protagonists in the article suffer from psychological suffering.I tried to outline some manifestations and causes of perinatal depression through the description of individual cases,so as to reflect some common common problems still existing in modern families from the side,leading to the occurrence of perinatal depression.Family members' care and love for pregnant and parturient women can reduce the occurrence of perinatal depression and relieve the pain caused by depression.
