he application of management information system has the function and value of improving the efficiency of enterprise management.Using management information system can reduce the cost of management and realize the reasonable allocation of enterprise resources.A company was registered in 2010,is a focus on insurance business,in the insurance industry is a new enterprise.With the increasingly fierce competition in the insurance industry,company a needs to make full use of the role of management information system to maintain its competitiveness in the insurance market.This paper takes a insurance company as an example,combining with the theory of management information system,carries out business process reengineering for a company,and plans the management information system of a company in combination with the enterprise strategy of a company.In the research process of this paper,combined with the relevant theory of system planning,taking company a as a research example,this paper analyzes the problems in the operation process of company a,makes use of business process reengineering,combs the business process of company a,plans the management information system,combines the development of the system,and adopts corresponding implementation measures to ensure the effective implementation of the system.After planning the management information system of company a,the management information system of company a can be divided into four sub modules: core business system,financial system,approval system and analysis support system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the first part of this paper introduces the planning of a company's management information system in Beijing,and discusses the relevant research at home and abroad;the second part mainly summarizes the relevant theories,mainly on the enterprise system planning law and management information system theory.The third part focuses on the current situation of a company's business process and points out the existing problems in the current a company's business process.The fourth part plans the management information system of company a,puts forward the planning objectives and principles of the management information system of company a based on the business process transformation of company a in the third part,and uses the enterprise system planning method to plan the information system of company a,and finally determines the functions of the system and completes the system design;the fifth part is the guarantee of the implementation of the management information system of company A Barrier.From four aspects,it provides guarantee measures for the implementation of management information system of company a,which are organization guarantee,capital guarantee,talent guarantee and technology guarantee.Through the transformation of business process and the re-planning of management information system,the new management information system will play a better role in promoting the implementation of company A's corporate strategy,and make company A invincible in the fierce market competition.At the same time,the research results have reference and promotion value in the same industry.
